Erie County Medical Society Board Members

Dr. Steehler is President of the National American Osteopathic Otorhinolaryngology College Board of Governors, President of the American Osteopathic Otolaryngology Certification Board of Examiners and has been an Osteopathic Residency Training Program Inspector for 15 years.  He authored one of the first published articles on laryngeal nerve monitoring for thyroid surgery in 1994 and is one of the pioneers of minimally invasive parathyroid and thyroid surgery.  Dr. Steehler has trained many residents, all board certified.
